We are NOT able to work on dogs that require 2 or more groomers/ exceed 90 pounds. Due to their size, and amount of time/ effort required from a single groomer, it is best for this size of dog to have multiple groomers working on them to minimize their time on the grooming table. Also for comfort purposes.
Scheduling is based off of the owners description. If we arrive and are not able to preform the service due to our size limit, cancelation charges will apply.
Introduction Cut/ De-shedding for Puppies

Age under 4 months / 1 hr
A one time use service. It is very important to get a dog used to grooming at a young age. We work on trust building, exploring, and familiarizing with the environment. We will preform all included in our full services, excluding a overall haircut. Instead we clean-up the face, paws and sanitary only. All steps are completed as long as the dog allows it. We will never force any dog to do something they’re unsure about. Instead we work towards completion visit by visit

Extra Fees
We understand things happen, but please understand this is to assure we get complete honesty from our clients. Some of these charges can be avoided if you share as much information with us as possible before your appointment.
Every extra 30mins

If the service exceeds the described provided time, an additional charges will be added to the total before tax. This could be due to the pets condition (de-matting) or late pick-up/drop-off
Behavior

If the owner fails to tell the groomer their dog is aggressive and causes injury, there will be a charge. Please understand a simple warning, or educating us where the dog is sensitive to touch, will help protect our groomer. Your pet will then be managed appropriately to keep everyone safe. Dog bites are taken very seriously and the service will stop immediately whether the dog is complete or not. This does not alter your service total and will be referred to a vet.
Potty Clean up

Cancellation
50% of total cost of service
If a client cancels their appointment within 24hrs, or are a no show, will be changed a fee PER DOG. Payment must be received before the next appointment
